Outside of work, my faith, family, and community define me. I’m a Christian, husband, and father who enjoys reading, working out, team-roping, golfing, and spending time with loved ones.

Hello, I’m Taylor. Your dedicated Office Manager at Muleshoe Buildings with a passion for efficiency and organization. As a licensed realtor, I have years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and work hard to keep operations running smoothly. I manage administrative tasks and I am here to support our team every step of the way. I am a country girl at heart and I love all things plants, pets, people, and living life with my husband and daughter! Let’s work together to build success!

Hi, my name is Rafael Escobar. I have been with Muleshoe Buildings since 2021, developing valuable skills across multiple trades. As Production Supervisor, I oversee shop production and manage our construction crews, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. My role includes coordinating workflows, managing materials, and keeping operations running smoothly both in the shop and on job sites.

Born and raised in the area, I take great pride in serving the local community and working with the people who make this job rewarding. One of my favorite aspects of working at Muleshoe Buildings is the opportunity to travel and experience different places across Texas.
Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan—especially baseball! I’ve been involved in sports my entire life, from playing on the field to cheering from the stands. When I’m not watching a game, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Texas, I grew up with a deep appreciation for hard work and craftsmanship. My passion for metal buildings started young, working alongside my uncles in wood-framed construction before transitioning to steel structures. With 19 years in the industry, I’ve mastered every aspect of the process, always prioritizing quality, reliability, and integrity.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three boys, teaching them the same values that shaped my journey. For me, success—like a well-built structure—starts with a strong foundation.

With over 40 years in sales, operations, and management in distribution and manufacturing, I bring deep industry expertise to my role as an estimator. I excel in building client relationships, streamlining workflows, and overseeing projects from start to finish. My focus is on delivering accurate estimates that drive successful building projects.

As a dedicated Metal Building Specialist with Muleshoe Buildings, I enjoy serving customers who need dependable, well-designed metal buildings for agricultural, residential, and commercial use. Raised around rural operations and land-based work, I understand that a building is more than a structure—it’s an investment in how work gets done every day.

I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications, and I combine that background with a practical, straightforward approach to help clients design buildings that fit their land, budget, and long-term goals. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, staying rooted in my faith, supporting agriculture, and the community I call home.

I am the Business Operations Specialist for Muleshoe Buildings. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University with a B.B.A. in Management. Having lived in Texas for most of my life, I appreciate the opportunity to help build pre-engineered metal buildings across the state. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and am proud to be a member of the Muleshoe team. I enjoy attending church, spending time with friends and family, and watching sports. I am a longtime fan of the Houston Texans and have enjoyed watching their games with my family for as long as I can remember.

I serve as the Junior Construction Manager at Muleshoe Buildings. I work side by side with our erection crews in the field, help in the shop when needed, and work alongside the other construction managers to continue learning how projects are run from start to finish. Being involved in both the field and shop sides of the company has helped me gain hands-on experience, learn new trades, and better understand the day-to-day operations that keep projects moving smoothly. I graduated from Blinn College in May 2026 with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management, and I’m continuing to grow my skills with the goal of progressing into a full Construction Manager role in the future.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the lake, hunting, fishing, and being with my future wife, family, and friends. I take pride in being part of a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth, and I’m excited to continue building my career with

I am a dedicated Metal Building Specialist with 16 years of sales experience in real estate, precious metals, and remodeling. I am passionate about helping customers bring their projects to life while building relationships based on trust, communication, and follow-through.

I am also a former business owner, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, a professional lead guitarist, a DIY home enthusiast, and a proud father of two children. I believe in constant growth, personal discipline, and staying committed to both my professional and personal goals.
